Who we are

This website belongs to Property Management, the owner-run business of George Douvas in Chalkidiki, Greece. For anything about your data, call or message +30 697 208 5777.

No cookies, no tracking

This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking tools.

Sound preferences

If you choose to play the site’s sound, your choices (on/off and volume levels) are saved in your browser’s local storage on your own device, so we don’t ask again. They are never sent to us. Clearing your browser data removes them.

Maps

Maps drawn on our pages are part of the site. The interactive Google map on each stay loads only when you press “Show on Google Maps”; at that point Google receives your IP address and may set cookies, under Google’s privacy policy. Links that open Google Maps, WhatsApp, Viber, Instagram or Facebook take you to those services, whose own policies apply.

When you contact us

If you call or message us, we use your details only to answer you and to arrange your stay, and we keep them only as long as needed for that and for our legal and tax obligations.

Hosting

Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and pages requested) for security and to keep the site running. These are deleted automatically after a short period.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to its use. You can also complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).
